Full Stack Engineer Lead



  • Join a growing team and lead it

  • Participate in Agile software development projects performing tasks including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, peer-review, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where they will develop applications using Python, Go, Node.js, and Postgres.

  • Participate in the task definition, work effort estimates, and work schedules for development and maintenance activities.

  • Ensure that all tasks are performed in accordance with specific internal procedures and standards, as well as industry best practices

  • Ensure and demonstrate code quality through comprehensive and effective unit testing coverage.

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, quality assurance, support, and operations.



  • 3+ years experience in Python, Golang, Node.js or similar languages

  • Must have experience with Postgres

  • Must have experience with Docker

  • Experience with unix and systemd

  • Understanding or experience with ansible

  • Critical thinking and debugging skills

  • Willingness to learn new tools or languages as needed

  • additional qualifications may include:
    • Experience with React

    • Understanding of event sourcing

    • Experience with AWS. Experience with CI/CD

    • GRPC experience. Understanding of Kubernetes

    • Understanding of Terraform.

Hospital Success Manager



  • You’ll be the face of airVet and go-to product expert for all new customers. as the hospital success manager you're responsible for the client experience from start to finish — on-boarding new clients, training them to use our platform, and ensuring that all new hospitals are set up for success. By enabling customers to use airVet effectively and confidently (and demonstrating how airVet benefits both their patients and their business), you will develop lasting relationships with lifelong airVet partners.

    • Be the champion for our customers and continuously drive value to increase customer retention and adoption

    • Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned airVet hospital partners through every stage of their lifecycle

    • Actively engage in the evolution and development of airVet hospital partners success initiatives and processes

    • Manage the implementation of new customers and to set proper expectations and achievable goals

    • Resolve customer issues and approach all situations with curiosity and empathy


  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing, post-sales role (preferably in pet or telemedicine)

  • Experience managing client adoption

  • Experience engaging with end-users, evangelizing a product and driving adoption across multiple stakeholder groups

  • Ability to show business value of our platform

  • Bias towards action and client best practices 

  • Experience in-building teams

Product Manager



  • Contribute to the strategy, vision, prioritization and execution of product features and tests relating to our pet parent experience across desktop and mobile 

  • Work cross functionally to define product requirements, Key Performance Idicators, use cases, specifications, and user flows

  • Clearly articulate product concepts to other product teams, engineering, executive, UX/UI, legal, finance, client, and customer service teams alike

  • Jump into the data surrounding the fan experience to look for product optimizations and broader market opportunities



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 4+ years leading product and UX teams, with a demonstrated record of launching successful SaaS products.

  • Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions. A track record for building software that is easy to use with exceptional user experience.

  • Experience with leading competitive research, customer research and survey methods.
