The Airvet Marketing team is looking for an experienced Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of new partner marketing plans that will be instrumental to fueling our growth.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Partnerships team to create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns to promote Airvet to our veterinarian and pet parent audiences as well as our partners’ audiences.
Partnerships at Airvet include pet insurance and wellness companies, pet shelters, veterinary associations and forward-thinking employers who want to offer their employees valuable pet-friendly benefits.

What you will do
Own the marketing relationship with key partners.
Independently develop and execute marketing plans that align with partner goals

What you will do
Listen, learn, and empathize with customers by closely interacting with customer touchpoints to identify needs and opportunities – data, contacts, surveys, etc.
Track and analyze customer, market, and industry data surrounding both pet parents and hospitals to discover, identify, and prioritize product optimizations and broader market opportunities.
Develop and execute an A/B testing strategy that will inform future product features that drive conversion, engagement and retention.
Perform conversion funnel analysis across all platforms by marketing channel in order to understand areas of opportunity for conversion growth.
Work cross functionally to define use cases, features, and product requirements to deliver compelling user benefits and experiences.
Lead and collaborate cross-functionally by clearly articulating customer needs, product concepts, and planning with teams – engineering, executive, UX/UI, legal, finance, client, and customer service teams.
Drive strategy, vision, prioritization and execution of product features and tests for customer success with veterinary hospital and staff experiences and KPIs across desktop, mobile and native app.
What you will need
3+ years in B2B product management as a highly motivated self-starter building, launching, and growing successful B2B products and services with exceptional user experience and measurable KPI results.
Influential, positive leadership to establish and guide collaborative, cross-functional teamwork in an early stage start-up environment.
Passion for and ability to deeply understand business customer needs with art and science through excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The Airvet Marketing team is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Lead to develop the strategy and execute a plan to reach our Veterinarian/Hospital audience, grow our customer base and ensure their success. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns to promote Airvet to our veterinarian audiences – prospects, existing customers and channel partners.
Airvet provides veterinarians with an all-in-one connected care solution that solves common workflow pain points in their practice (scheduling, payments, case management and digital client communication). Our SaaS solution helps practices and their staff save time, increase their productivity and provide an exceptional client experience.
In this role, you will get to:
Own the marketing efforts that support every stage of the customer journey, including acquisition, customer engagement/success, retention and referrals.
Develop a keen understanding of the customer journey and audience segments and create messaging and touchpoints across multiple channels that resonate and move buyer’s through each stage.
Design integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through creative production, and launch across every relevant channel.
Use a data-first approach to develop and optimize campaigns to drive towards key performance goals (MQLs, Opps, CPA, CAC and LTV).
Own strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, setting clear goals and KPIs.
Enable the revenue team and our channel partners, developing the right assets and programming to support our product utilization and revenue goals (e.g. case studies, content marketing, webinars, customer newsletters, events/conferences, etc.)
Build channel partner marketing initiatives to increase customer referrals.
Work with Revenue Ops and Finance on forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting the impact of campaigns.
You have a strong background (10+ years) in developing marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth in a SaaS company.
You have strong analytical skills and use them to come up with data-driven insights, experiments and strategies.
You’re a natural collaborator and work with other teams throughout the organization and external partners to push impactful projects forward.
You have experience with Salesforce and email automation platforms.
You understand all things b2b marketing; inbound, outbound, content, social, video, email, partner, events, and more.
Natural leader and self-starter is a must. Startup experience is a plus.
