Information You Give Us
We collect your name, uploaded photos and content, postal address, email address, phone number, username, password, credit card information, as well as other information you directly give us through the Service. If you are a pet parent, such information may also include: your pet’s identifying information (including name, breed, age, medical conditions, medications, notes), your pet’s physical and mental health information, and medical records, text, pictures, videos, chat logs, and live video conferences between you and your veterinarian. If you are a veterinarian provider, such information may also include: the name and address of your veterinary practice, a copy of your driver’s license, your professional license number, and medical records, text, pictures, videos, chat logs, and live video conferences between you and pet parents.

We may get information about you from other sources. We may add this to information we get from the Service.
Information Automatically Collected
We automatically log information about you and your computer or mobile device. For example, when using the Service, we log your computer operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our Site, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Site. The Application may also collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
