      In 2025, Airvet usage patterns told a clear story: pet parents relied on Airvet at key moments, especially during their work week. They often turned to Airvet for fast, trusted support. Throughout the year, our care team delivered consistently responsive, high-quality experiences that helped members resolve concerns quickly, avoid unnecessary stress, and stay focused, both at home and at work.       Reducing absenteeism and improving presenteeism for employees

      – Pet parents most often started Airvet visits during Mondays and Fridays, with the most activity occurring around 9 am PT / 12 pm ET.

      – The average time to connect with a veterinarian or vet nurse was under two minutes

      – 70% of Airvet members saved a same-day or unnecessary in-person visit.

      – Continuing our excellence in care, our overall rating across all employers this year was 4.9 out of 5 stars.

      Prescription Telemedicine 

      Airvet can now issue prescriptions to 50%+ of the American population. Whether it’s for common issues like flea and tick prevention, skin rashes, or pain management, your employees can seamlessly get prescribed medications through Airvet. We are currently able to legally offer telemedicine where a VCPR is legal.

      Making preventative care and wellness more accessible to pet families

      Wellness Partnership

      In 2025, Airvet partnered with the Pumpkin Wellness Club team to ensure pet parents can stay ahead of their pets’ health, and costs associated with care. Airvet members can now enroll in Pumpkin’s standalone wellness plan directly through our app and receive an exclusive 18% discount on annual wellness plans. 

      By embedding Pumpkin’s wellness plan into the Airvet experience, we’re bridging a crucial gap in pet health coverage, and creating more value for both employers and employees. Because when we make proactive pet care easier, we support better health, lower stress, and happier workplaces.

      Health Assessment

      At Airvet, we believe proactive care is the best care. That’s why we created our Pet Health Assessment. It’s a simple, self-guided quiz designed to help pet parents check in on key health indicators.

      This self-guided quiz, designed with insights from veterinarians, walks pet parents through key questions to help them better understand their dog’s health. Once completed, they’ll receive personalized recommendations, tips, and a follow-up from a vet nurse all conveniently saved in their Airvet profile.

      Just like humans, there are stages to our pets’ lives. Airvet’s veterinarians are here to provide key support through all your pet’s stages. Below are some of the life stage speciality visits we’ve added to help support pet parents:

      • Young Pet Visit: This is a specialty visit designed to support pet parents with puppies, kittens, and young pets up to two years old. Proactive and preventive care from the start can lead to fewer health issues, lower vet costs, and a happier, healthier pet in the long run.
      • Senior Pet Visit: Supporting your aging pet comes with new challenges and new opportunities to ensure your pet lives their happiest, healthiest, and longest life. This visit is here to ensure your pet gets the care they need.
      • End of Life Consultation: When the time comes to say goodbye, our new End of Life Consultation with specialist veterinarians offers compassionate guidance through this difficult transition.
