Airvet receives 90+ NPS from employer clients for the second year in a row

That’s why we’re proud to announce our latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 94. This marks our third consecutive year receiving a ‘World Class’ rating from our clients, and it’s our highest score to date.
NPS serves as a key measure of customer loyalty, satisfaction, and enthusiasm for Airvet. The score is derived from a survey sent to all clients and helps guide Airvet in enhancing our platform, improving member outcomes, and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
Methodology
Our 2025 survey deployed in May and received a 71% response from our client base. Our annual NPS survey not only allows us to gauge how well we’re supporting our clients but also reflects the strength of our relationships with them.
